Our laboratory focused on quantum electronic materials and combined to other physical mechanisms by adopting material growth, stacking, absorbing, doping and other operations so as to change device electronic and optoelectronic properties. Furthermore, we could immediately reverse these operations and repeatedly return back to original electronic properties and apply it to nano scale electronic device fields. Nowadays, our laboratory future goal is combining two-dimensional materials or topological materials to fabricate nano-electronic related devices.
